First Watch Menu

Sorry, We are updating this restaurant menu details.

Hold people for 30 minutes, when told a 10-15 min wait, and then seat other people ahead of us which voided our chance to be seated. We left and went to Panera instead. How will I ever recover those lost 30 minutes?????

This is one of our favorite places to eat out. Everything we've tried has been wonderful and all the staff have been kind and helpful. I like the option of whole menu any time of day. So much better than any other breakfast place within driving distance. Be sure to get there early. The restaurant fills up fast!

I seriously need more of this place in my life! Never heard of the First Watch chain before but, boy, have I been missing out. If your like me, and don't know much about the First Watch franchise, I would liken them to an IHOP or Denny's serving breakfast and lunch with more variety, fresher food, realistic portion sizes (one plate won't feed a small nation, just you, which I think is great) and healthier dining options. This place is good and good for me! I came here after a yoga class nearby (see my review for Bikram Yoga Winter Garden) and had the Tri-Athlete Omelet (an egg white omelet with mushrooms, green chiles, onions, and tomatoes), it came with a side of salsa, an English muffin and fruit. Del-icio-us! It was so satisfying and, best of all, I didn't have to undo all the great work I had just done at yoga. Healthy breakfast, quick and friendly service, and good prices - they need to open one of these in my neck of the woods ASAP.

I LOVE this place!! Amazing pancakes, coffee and fresh squeezed grapefruit juice!! The service is always friendly and quick. I recommend getting there before 9:30 AM on weekends because the crowd builds up fast.

First Watch is an excellent place for brunch. Service has always been fantastic and the healthy options are a refreshing change. The smoothies are fAntastic! Only downside, ask for the butter on the side when ordering breakfast. It's a hefty scoop. :(

I love First Watch. I first tried it back when LA Fitness was Lifestyle Fitness. After my first try, I was hooked. I've taken all my friends there, and now everyone's a fan! I can easily go through 3 pots of their coffee--SO GOOD! I like that I can choose to have a nice healthy option or opt for a not-so-healthy one. My waist-friendly go-to meal is the Tri-Athlete omelette. Otherwise, I'll have the Belgian waffle with potatoes (and a side of bacon to sprinkle on my waffle haha)!! This place is often busy, but I've never cared to wait. The service is great. All my servers have always been super friendly, and they always keep my coffee coming! Even when I sit outside, they're always attentive! If they served mimosas, I'd give it 5 stars! hahaha ;-)

I gave this place another try, I did! This time the order was even easier, AND it was to go. So really there should be no reason for losing a star you would think. I ordered a breakfast wrap with fruit instead of potatoes trying to be healthier. The person who took my order was super nice, they told me it would be 15 minutes. I gave them 20 min, got there and it was busy no surprise. So I sat down and waited, and waited, and waited some more. TWENTY min later after already giving 20 min the host was like "umm let me go check for you." Ding ding ding that sounds fantastic! And after a total of 50 min wait time I received my order, I didn't bother checking it bc for goodness sake it was a WRAP & FRUIT! Really people it's really not that hard!!!! However, I get home and the wrap was something I could have gotten at Publix(note to self only go there) and I guess they really wanted me to have potatoes and not fruit.... 50 min was not worth it, honestly even 15 min would have not been worth it. I gave them a second try and this time definitely will not be going back.

Another spot that my friends told me I needed to try when I moved here. Before my crazy shopping spree, I stopped in for a solo breakfast. Service and staff were all really friendly and nice (being from NY/NJ I'm still trying to figure out if this is just a Florida thing haha) and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. The food options were great and I ended up with the omelette with avocado and chorizo. They subbed fruit at no charge when I asked for no bread. The roasted potatoes were delicious as well. And the coffee pot? Hit the spot! I was surprised to find out that First Watch is a small chain of restaurants. Usually I try to avoid chains like the plague, especially for breakfast. Definitely pleasantly surprised. The menu is large enough for everyone in your party and healthy enough even for the pickiest health nut. Can't wait to go back!

Perfect place for a special family breakfast! The omelets are my favorite and they have all kinds of healthy options. My daughter loves their French toast and fresh orange juice. The staff is super friendly and We always leave full and happy.

I absolutely love First Watch, every one that I have been to the service and food has always been top notch. Blueberry's inside of the pancakes, yessssss! Nothing worse than ordering blueberry pancakes and they only put blueberries on top..wth. Any First Watch I've ever visited i have always waited, only because I know the food is worth it. The service at this location as with all the others is exceptional. They offer free coffee while you wait. It is a small cup, but hey if you're jonesing from a cup of joe, this will hit the spot until you are seated. The time we had come here they did stamp the back of my receipt with a coupon for my next visit. It was limited to certain days though, still who doesn't love a good coupon! I don't live in this area and only came over to shop, but every time I do visit I'm stopping in for breakfast even if it's lunch time.

Today I decided to try First Watch again hoping the service was better. The food is good and they offer great options. But, the service is terrible! Well, I walked in to a full lobby of people waiting to pay and others waiting to be sat. Meanwhile, there were plenty of empty tables and waiters wandering around not busy. Finally we were sat and we waited about 10 minutes while waiters passed us by. Not one looked at us or our table. They kept seating more people and no one was being helped. Finally, we got up and left. The manager followed me out and offered a coupon. Sorry. After many failed attempts, I will not be returning to First Watch. Even better, just minutes later, I'm at Cracker Barrel just down the street and I was sat, greeted and drink order taken and filled! Wow! I'll stick to Cracker Barrel! Always better there even when it's busy.

  • Adam P.

You can't go wrong at First Watch. The pancakes are bigger and fluffier than Cracker Barrel. The staff is consistent (low turnover) and friendly. I also like eating lunch here as well. My favorite meal is the Mushroom Caps. Bathrooms are fairly clean, but with such high traffic in the mornings they are far from pristine.

I came here about a year ago and the food was pretty good. Nice healthy options. I came back today to try it again and this time i called ahead at 11:00 so that I could pick it up and go without the waiting around. They told me it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. So I got there at 11:15 because they told me it would be ready by then. I got here and the food wasn't ready. Of course I thought maybe 5 more minutes. It's 11:37 and I told they lady excuse me I've been waiting for about 30 extra minutes for my pick up order and she said that that never happens. She went to go check the food and she said my food wasn't there. They thought I didn't place the order or something so she double checked and turns out my food was giving to another customer. So I waited patiently while they made my food again. 11:55 it is finally done. They told me the food was on the house which I appreciated very much. I got home and my family and I ate the food and it was delicious. The food was definitely much improved since I've been there. I'll be coming back.

This place always disappoints. The place was half empty. Had to wait to be seated. After getting to a table, sat there for 10 minutes without any acknowledgement...even though wait staff and a manager walked by us many times. So we leave and go to Cracker Barrel down the street. They had triple the amount of customers. Was seated immediately. Drink order taken within 30 seconds, food was great (and less expensive). I hate leaving bad reviews. I have waited tables when I was younger and get how difficult it can be. But this is just not acceptable. Been here a few times and never had a great experience. This was their last opportunity with me. I will not go back.

This is definitely my new go to breakfast spot. It's clean, bright, and airy, and the service is great. It seems to attract a different crowd than the Denny's / Waffle house crowd as well. Not a judgment, just an observation. . . I enjoyed my triathlete breakfast and appreciated that it was without cheese. I thought I overpaid for coffee, but you know, I'll get over it. Just a great spot for conversation with clean food. I love there are so many healthy options!

We came here after a big event so we had a party of 12. We were seated quickly on a busy Sunday morning. The food is good. I still think theu could offer bigger portions but i love the big size of the coffee mugs! No need for so many refills. They also leave the coffee at the table which is great so you dont have to wait for it. One persons food took so long everyone else was finished. Im not sure what happened there but the waitress was apologetic. Parking is a bit crazy since this First Watch is in a busy shopping center. Prices are moderate. I would go here again if in the area.

This place was awesome. They are a brunch type place. They have a bunch of breakfast entrees and some soups and sandwiches. After having such a hard time deciding, I was able to narrow it down to pancakes. Even then, i still had a difficult decision of what kind. They have so many different options. After talking to the waitress she told me that I can get a stack with a little of both kind of pancake. I was able to try the carrot cake and the banana oat crunch pancakes. Both were amazing. The carrot one surprised me, it wasn't carrot cake, which is what I thought it would be like. It was much lighter. My family got french toast and some other delicious looking things. I wish I lived in the area because this would be a place that I go all the time. Food was good. Service was great. The patio was a perfect place on a warm day.

I've been to First Watch a few times since it opened a few years ago and I seem to find myself wondering why I go more and more each time. I almost feel bad because I'm giving them only 2 stars when everyone else has given a 4 or 5 star rating. But as the definition of the stars stated "Meh. I've experienced better." is pretty much how I feel. I got an omelet last time I went about a week ago and I'm not even sure what kind it was. I can still taste the peanut butter and chocolate chip pancake waffle I had at Waffle house back in October though. First Watch may have higher status on the dining scale but in my opinion good food is memorable food. Also, I understand that the servers want to turn their tables, but I felt so rushed the last time I was there. From the second I sat down it's like our server was trying to get rid of us. You don't want me their? Fine, I'll go... but if my boyfriend wants your crepes then I guess I'll be back.

We had never been here before, but I had heard nothing but great things about the brunch here. So, we finally got out of bed before they closed and decided to try it out. When we arrived around 12:45, we were told it would be about a 15-20 minute wait, which would have been pretty rough for the boyfriend because of the caffeine headaches he gets, but we were saved by the complimentary coffee in the waiting area! Yay! Then we were sat within about 7 minutes of our arrival! Double Yay! I had the Tri-fecta. My choices were sunny side up eggs, a side of bacon and a Belgian Waffle. I couldn't have made a better choice. The eggs were cooked perfectly, the bacon was crispy, but not too crispy, and the waffle with berry compote was just divine! The boyfriend had The Works omelet with the seasoned potatoes and those were really good as well. The service was a little indifferent and I still couldn't tell you our server's name. Regardless, she was polite and didn't get super annoyed when we took forever trying to decide what to get. We will definitely be back!

Have not been to this First Watch for about 9 months and after today's visit, most likely will not return. My first observation was we had no problems (at 8am on a Sunday)finding a parking place... which should have been a clue that something was wrong as past visits on weekends we usually find this restaurant packed. Pros: Coffee is still great and my wife liked her oversized pancake filled with generous amounts of pecans (she would have preferred a smaller pancake, with quality potatoes on her "Trifecta" order. Cons: Acapulco Express Omelette was tasteless. Mostly egg... yet did not skimp on the onions. Chorizo sausage was hard to find and when I did, it was about the size of bacon crumbles(had to been less than 1/2 ounce at best... which made it difficult to savior any of its taste). Interesting enough, when I informed the cashier of the Chorizo issue, she explained this was a corporate policy and in the future ask for extra ingredients as they don't charge for the first extra ingredients.... odd she didn't offer any compensation) . Could not locate the cheddar cheese, but am sure it was there somewhere. The seasoned potatoes were tasteless and would compare to the quality one would find in "Great Valued" packaged potatoes at your local discount grocery. We should have gone across the street to Cracker Barrel or Mimi's for a more pleasurable dining experience.

Good place for a nice breakfast. If I don't feel like making the drive over to Millenia Mall to go to Keke's (which is the best breakfast in Orlando), I'll stop at First Watch. I ordered 2 blueberry pancakes and barely finished them. It came with standard syrup ('pure' maple syrup is $2 extra) and some mixed berry compote, which was a little tart and overpowered the taste of the blueberries and pancake. I will avoid using it next time. I am looking forward to going back and trying their french toast and some of their other dishes. Their omlettes are solid and they make good muffins. My main dislike of this establishment has nothing to do with the restaurant itself, but the people that go there. I went on a Saturday morning, so I expected it to be busy (which it was). However, at over half the tables were poorly behaved, obnoxiously loud children. I use the term "at the table" loosely, as most of them were running around, opening and closing the side doors, rubbing their disgusting little faces all over the glass and handles and anything they could reach while their meek fathers gently and unconvincingly chided them and asked them to sit down and behave (Oh sit down, you rascal! My kids are cute, so the rest of the restaurant doesn't mind them skittering all over the place playing tag! Haha!). This is not so much a gripe about the restaurant as it is the state of white parenting in the area. I will say one final thing: Parking is somewhat of a challenge. The parking lot is very oddly shaped with dead ends and sharp angles, and fills up rather easily. I got lucky and got the last spot in the area around First Watch, but as it is in the Villages shopping center where parking is frequently difficult, you may have to drive around or down to some of the other shopping blocks to find a spot and hike in.

Perfect spot for the health nuts. Unlike many places that hide their nutritional facts which they are ashamed of, First Watch is very good to those who like to watch what they eat. There's plenty of low carb, or just generally low calorie options to choose from. The food is a little different from your everyday breakfast options, but not enough to turn the average eggs grits and bacon crowd away. It's a very tasty, affordable and friendly option for breakfast, and offers a much more pleasant ambiance to sit and enjoy conversation.

  • Vu L.

I would definitely have breakfast, lunch, or brunch here again. Without a doubt. The food was great, the service average, and the restaurant nice and clean. However, I was a bit upset to find out that my average glass of orange juice was FOUR DOLLARS! My meal was $7... So that's where it got me. Also, their coffee was advertised as though it was free. It was in fact, $3. The food was great though. I just won't be having any OJ here ever gain.

  • Erin J.

Today was our first time and I loved it! The food was great and the people are really nice. I love that toucan customize soapy things to make it healthier based on what you like. I wish it was a little bigger so there was less wait but even that wasn't terrible!

The food was excellent, great selection, and pricing very reasonable for breakfast. They even had options for veggy egg white omelet's or you could add lean turkey meat to it. The omelet didn't come dripping in grease/butter, and salty, which has been my experience at other restaurants in this area when I have tried to order healthier items. Breakfast for 4 adults including 2 hot chocolates and 2 coffee's with refills came to $54 with tax and tip. The only reason I didn't give this place 4-4 1/2 stars is because I watched in their open kitchen, employees chowing down on donuts as they were working. One bus boy working this a.m. Was eating away, finished, licked 2 of his fingers clean, then proceeded texting on his cell, take a sip of a drink then immediately come out and start clearing tables. No hand washing in between activities and it was the kitchen area. He was also delivering drinks to tables. Do they not provide a break room for these employees or a break time?? Was there not a manager on site to monitor employee activities or was he ok with this behavior. I hate to post something like this when they really do have such great food but this is a serious issue. Even though this is a chain and there are a few in the orlando area, we chose this one because it is out of the touristy area. It is located in a very nice, upscale shopping mall.

This is the place I will always take out of town guests for b'fast or brunch. There are choices for everyone and you can stay super healthy with egg white omelets and fresh fruit or go decadent with chocolate chip pancakes. Kids love it and adults too. This location is open until 2:30 most days but call ahead to be sure. The menu is geared to breakfasts and lunch sandwiches. The staff is great and the location is clean and in a great location.

First Watch is a breakfast/brunch restaurant in Winter Garden Village. It is strictly for early meals, as it closes at 2 pm. The menu is sufficiently varied so that you can get breakfast, lunch, brunch or any combination of those types of items at any time during their business hours. It's usually pretty busy on the weekends, so there's usually about a 30 minute wait for a table. The service is generally pretty good, though. The seating area is a little on the small side, but there is a small outdoor seating area. Parking is limited, as First Watch is located in a fairly busy shopping center. The breakfast section of the menu features omelets, waffles, pancakes, oatmeal, and scrambles, along with some more interesting dishes like frittatas and egg white wraps. The lunch section features sandwiches, burgers, and quesadillas, among other items. I've had several items from each section, and it's all been pretty tasty. Most noteworthy were the Joaquin Yahoo and the cranberry nut pancakes and cranberry nut oatmeal. The entire menu is quite healthful overall, and many dishes can be modified to meet dietary restrictions. The only complaint I have is the price of drinks. An apple juice is $2.99 I believe. And a sweet tea is $2.29. To me, that's just too high considering I can get a gallon of apple juice for $3 and I can get a GIANT cup of sweet tea from McD's or BK for $1. So, I never order drinks because I think they are just overpriced. This is one of my regular places despite the drink prices because the food is good and the service is good. It's always worth the wait.

Very good and advertised as healthy. We ate at lunch and the chicken salad was great. We will need to come back for their breakfasts. Good and reasonably priced. We recommend this spot.

Very Very Good. Get there early or expect a little wait. Nothing wrong with that though. It is pretty out there. Every time I go I sit outside and I always ask the server what to get. I am always happy with the dishes. Really big portions too.

I loved my vist at FW. The servers were on attentive to my family n I. The food was great and constantly fresh and hot the cooks there should be rewarded as well. Last but not least Brad the G.M is doing a fine job with his staff.my money is always spent well at first watch.

I cant imagine ANYONE could rate this place badly. I've been coming here for years. Staff is WONDERFUL and always HAPPY and ALWAYS there to help you. They work so hard. The food is great. Even if there is a hiccup with something I order it gets fixed right away. Try the Belgian Waffle with the strawberries, kiwis and bananas on it. Get some FRESH SQUUEZED orange juice. If you want grease and fat, go down the road to Cracker Barrel. If you want fresh and fit and friendly, this is your place.

  • Brad J.

Not even one star. Horrible experience. Food prepared poorly. Waitress brought bacon instead of sausage and took plate back to kitchen to replace with one piece of sausage. Cup of tea for 2.50? Really. My plate was scarce of the ingredients. Way overpriced and not worth your time with all the better options out there. Will not return. Too bad this restaurant is taking up valuable space.

The first time I went to First Watch, I was not sure what it was but soon found out that they are wonderful. The Staff is really great and the service was fast and friendly. I have been eating healthier these days and even though they have some awesome egg dishes, I went for their Tri-Athlete omelet. Low cal... low fat... but great! They have a number of items that fit into my new way of eating! I have been there about 5 times now and each time we leave having a good experience. I want to do a lunch there soon but breakfast seems to be the only time I have gone.

Oh man! This place is a favorite! Everything is fresh and lots of healthy options. Nothing in the building is fried and they use real eggs. The signature marinated side salad is light and refreshing (with the zucchini, celery, tomatoes, lettuce and a poppy seed dressing). Try the club or if you in the mood for breakfast the Tri-fecta is good a choice.

Always enjoy my experience with this place! I asked for the Eggs Benedict and instead of potatoes I asked for a side salad. I was blown away I got a decent sized, special made side salad. It's the little things that make this place great!

Love this place. I have been going to First Watch for years. Originally I used to go to the one in the Maitland area, but now that we have one in Winter Garden I usually go there. Super Clean and Healthy food. Staff is always friendly and give great customer service. The only negative thing I can say is, since the place is small there can be a wait on Saturday and Sunday mornings. If you are going for breakfast- try to be there before 9:00 am. Overall great Breakfast and Brunch- I have never been disappointed!

Ate a quick late breakfast here while on the way out of town. Food was freshly made to order and very tasty. The bf's sis put it accurately. It's one of those places with cutesy names for their dishes .."The beefeater", "the triathelete", etc. While wholly unneccesary adds to the semi-quirky manufactured charm of the place. I had a pretty run of the mill breakfast done well. I believe its the kind of place where everyone can find something they'll really enjoy.

First time I'd been was about two weeks ago. Food was good, with good options. Though I still like Cracker Barrel better for breakfast, this is still a very good alternative. Staff was friendly and helpful. What really impressed me was how quickly the food got to us. Our order was ready barely five minutes after ordering. You can't beat that, especially when hungry.

First Watch is my favorite place for breakfast and their lunch menu is pretty good too. Love their Key West Crepe. We have been going there for the past year at least once a week. The staff is friendly, willing to make whatever you choose the way you want it. Food is delicious and even healthier than most. Great Sweet Tea. A locals kind of place.

Always fresh, always incredible! This is definitely out go-to breakfast spot. The food is always so fresh. Their menu is eclectic enough that it caters to those with a more refined palate, yet they execute American comfort food better than any breakfast place around. I typically do not go to chains, but this restaurant doesn't feel like a chain to me. The staff has a charm to them that's unmatched in the area. They remember your name, and make you feel like family. (Tip: ask for Shelby, or Kathy) As far as the food goes, you couldn't ask for a better fresher breakfast. They have a seasonal menu that highlight fruits and veggies that are in season, as well as seasonal pancakes and waffles. My favorite dish right now is the avocado toast. It's two thick slices of whole grain bread, covered in diced avocado spread with a hint of lemon zest, and two basted eggs. I typically put the egg on top of the toast and eat it Benedict style. Amazing. When fall rolls around they do some really fantastic pumpkin pancakes with cream cheese icing that are to die for. We go as often as we can, it's truly the best breakfast in town.

My husband and I wanted to get brunch, and we were excited to find a First Watch nearby. I was a little hesitant to go because of a few negative reviews but decided to give it a chance. FOOD: There's a lot of options on the menu. Some options are healthier. I ordered the Swisshroom Omelet, and it was ok. It was big enough for me to feel satisfied eating half of it. The potatoes were a little bland, so I added hot sauce. My husband ordered the Floridian French Toast, and that was amazing. SERVICE: We only waited a moment for the hostess to seat another group. Our server was fantastic. She even got me a cup to take my coffee to go. ATMOSPHERE: First Watch is in the Winter Garden Village shopping plaza. It's a little busy and hard to find parking sometimes, but you can't fault them for that. The restaurant was clean. There were a few empty tables, but we came in after the brunch rush (around 1:15 PM). I'll definitely be back to First Watch.

I typically avoid First Watch because they tend to be super busy and the food has never really "wowed" me. I stopped in to First Watch this morning with my son for a late breakfast and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised at the additions to the menu and the service as well! I ordered the fruit crepe for my 18 month old and the avocado toast with poached eggs for myself. Everything was delicious and I had to fight my toddler off my plate so that I could get a little something to eat! He loved his crepe, which was filled with berries and bananas and served with strawberry yogurt and granola. The avocado toast with egg rivaled my own, but I think it tasted a little better since I was not the one slaving over the stove. I noticed quite a few diners had it on their table so it seems to be a popular offering! Jen, our server, was just so pleasant and attentive. My son loved her and she took such good care of us...and made sure that I had plenty of coffee! I look forward to returning to this location again soon!

I've visited First Watch for breakfast a few times and I've been satisfied on each trip. The service has been friendly and the food has definitely been tasty. On our last trip I ordered their Chickichanga (eggs, chicken, chorizo, green chilies, cheddar and monterey jack, onions and avocado) in a tortilla wth fruit and potatoes, while my gf ordered their Pumpkin Pancakes which came with eggs and an apple/chicken sausage. Absolutely delicious. The huge pancake was fluffy and wasn't overwhelming with pumpkin flavor while the Chickichanga was one of the tastiest breakfast burritos I've tasted. I wouldn't have minded more of their Vera Cruz sauce because it definitely worked perfectly with the burrito. The potatoes were sent undercooked, but they've been better on my past visits. Other than the excessively long wait (on almost every visit) this is a restaurant that I do not mind going to.

I was very disappointed in my last visit to First Watch. First of all, they have recently changed their menu. It is very cluttered and hard to read and there just doesn't seem to be much good breakfast food. Our service left quite a bit to be desired. When we walked in the front door, there was a line all the way to the door. We waited in this line for at least 10 min and then saw 3 other people walk off to the side for something. I then went to the front of the line and asked if we were in the right line to check in for a table. We were told no and that we needed to go to the other side of the counter. No signs, no one greeting people as they walked in the door. In the end, 3 or so other people, who arrived after us, were put on the list before us. The thing that kills me the most about this is that the person was checking people in on an iPad. Why not take the iPad and to go the door to check people in as they enter? Really just a very disappointing experience from beginning to end.

Excellent food, but our server "Joy" is anything but. First she challenged that it was really the correct name on the birthday coupon we received, then she reminded us that she was the same bad server when she was getting "hammered" last time and almost ruined our breakfast. Would definitely recommend asking for another server next time, her presence and odd comments kind of ruined our experience today.

dropped the ball today. I ordered the monte cristo that said it used french toast for the bread....unlike the classic one that the sandwich is completely dipped into an egg batter then either pan or deep fried. Well this so called "french toast" was the nastiest ive ever tasted. To me it tasted like it was a frozen product that was just thawed out and then used for the bread. Worst sandwich i've EVER had. The jelly they describe on the menu " used for dipping" was in a ramekin that was filled a couple of days ago and then hardened in the fridge and then served to me for 'Dipping" I could barly even spread it on.

Just ok. I feel like it doesn't compare to other breakfast chains in the area. I'd probably choose Cracker Barrel across the street instead.

Love first watch! Their chickichanga is pretty amazing. Wait for a table is always long, ALWAYS but well worth it! There are plenty of healthy options and the coffee is always good and once you get sat at a table, the staff is always attentive and quick!

Before a training session at the nearby LA Fitness I decided to try First Watch for Breakfast. I kept hearing about how healthy the breakfasts are, and this chain restaurant goes south to Palm Beach and Broward , and read good reviews. This location also has Patio Seating outside, it looked relaxing. Parked the car and saw couples walking in then back out..ohh no. I walk in and the host tells us there's an expected 30-40min wait...ahh now I know why here are walk outs. No there are no RSVPs over the phone here, you must show up in person and wait...sad when it's breakfast time, I'm Hang-ry (a mix of Angry and Hungry). We wait it out table for two comes up before we know it. The waiter comes by asks us what we want to drink, me and my fiancé both want coffee and water. The waiter quickly comes back with a pitcher of Ice water with a couple straws, and a carafe of Fresh Coffee...mmm so nice!! We both have our coffees Black, but there are also creamers and flavoured creamers by International Delight on the table for those addicted to the liquid plastic. We couldn't decide on breakfast just yet and I can see the waiter was friendly but impatient, in a hurry to go and be everywhere. I finally decide on an Egg-White Killer Cajun Chicken Omelette and my man chooses the Hash bowl and we share a Whole Grain Pancake (all the Pancakes are Whole-Grain). I see the table that sat after us get their food cause they decided their breakfasts before me, so I know the food comes out pretty fast, big turnover especially when busy. My Killer Cajun omelet was great. They don't up-charge at First Watch for egg whites which is nice, and it me with the Santa-Fe sauce on the side, you DO Have to ask for your Bread (in my case English muffin) DRY if you don't want butter. The Chicken breast was a small portion, but sliced really thinly so it's easy to eat. The home Potatoes were okay, I like mine to be crunchy and crispy, but I guess there are soo many people who come here the potatoes are constantly being made so no time for Crisp. My man got the Hash bowl and it came with eggs on top of the home fries, side of fruit and English muffin which did fill him up a bit. The Granola pancake was Delish! I love the crispy crust, not mushy at all! Light and fluffy on the inside I really enjoyed this pancake with Granola. The bits of dried cranberry and rolled oats were yummy. The maple syrup on the table was pretty good too, no Aunt Jamima Yessss! I'm Canadian so we like the Real Stuff. Overall good food, not the best breakfast ive had, but there are some good dishes. Ide come back to First Watch, and try different locations too.

Great spot for BFast or brunch. Gets packed so expect to wait, or just go early and beat the crowd. My fav, is the BLTE. So tasty! Yet all other items I've tried have been good also; French toast, pancakes, omelettes. Go, you won't be disappointed.
